Welcome to Aromaos Perfumes (“Aromaos,” "AromaosPerfumes.com", “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing aromaosperfumes.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We sell authentic fragrances and related goods. Product details, images, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct errors (including pricing) at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or cancel at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Sales tax is collected as required by law.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss (U.S. only)

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Perfume shipments are flammable/hazardous and must travel by ground service (no air transport). Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return eligibility, timing, RMA process, non-returnable items, and refund timelines are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotions/coupons are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless we say so. Gift cards are redeemable only on the Site, are not reloadable or refundable for cash (except where required by law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including (without limitation): violating laws; infringing IP; scraping or automated data collection; introducing malware; interfering with security; or attempting to access non-public systems.

8. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes. You are solely responsible for your submissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, product images, design) is owned by Aromaos or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. No license is granted except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (including Shopify, payment processors, carriers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AROMAOS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aromaos, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You and Aromaos waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms (together with policies linked above) are the entire agreement between you and Aromaos concerning the Site and purchases. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
