Returns Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Returns for Non-Defective Items:
We accept returns for non-defective items (change-of-mind) provided they are  new, unused, and unopened, with all original packaging, inserts, and seals intact. Please include your receipt or order number.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@aromaosperfumes.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Items sent back without an RMA may be refused.

We will respond with your RMA within 1–2 business days.

Note: Fragrances are classified as hazardous/flammable. Returns must be shipped via ground service only (no air). Please follow the carrier’s guidelines.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind / not as expected: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item received: Aromaos covers return shipping; we’ll provide a prepaid label to the email in your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (unless defective or we sent the wrong item)

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale/clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 10 days if an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect. We may ask for photos and packaging details to resolve quickly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you regarding the approval. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 calendar days
  • If your return is not approved (e.g., the item was received opened or used and is not defective), we will notify you via email to discuss next steps. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items).

  • If more than 10 calendar days have passed since approval, contact info@aromaosperfumes.com

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Late or Refused Returns
Returns shipped after 10 days of RMA approval, items missing components, or items received opened/used (not defective) may be rejected or refunded partially ( up to  up to 50% of the item value )  at our discretion.

Received as a gift? Contact us with the gift giver's name or email and we'll locate the order.

Bundle or Multi-Item Returns: You are allowed to return any number of items in a multi item order

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused can be refunded minus original shipping once received, or reshipped (additional shipping applies).
