Yes, all our perfumes are 100% authentic and original. We source directly from trusted suppliers and authorized distributors.

  • Designer perfumes are made by well-known fashion or fragrance brands, usually widely available.

  • Niche perfumes are crafted by specialty houses, offering unique, rare, and artistic scents.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date.

To qualify for a full refund, products must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the exact condition received.
  • In their original, unmodified, and sealed packaging (where applicable).

If an item has been opened, unsealed, or not returned in its original condition, it may qualify only for a partial refund.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for any item that has been opened or whose seal has been broken.
  • If an item shows signs of excessive use, the amount of any partial refund will be determined at our discretion.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States (excluding taxes). This offer applies only to orders shipped within the U.S. and does not include expedited or international deliveries.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. Expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping cannot be applied to past purchases and is not redeemable for cash. This offer may be subject to modification or cancellation in cases of returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Your Perfume Store reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • We process and ship orders very quickly. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes, including modifications to the shipping address or order contents.

Insurance and Delivery

Some orders are automatically insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once an item has been delivered and signed for at the address provided, the insurance coverage ends.
If you choose to waive signature confirmation, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Keep perfumes away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom (humidity can affect fragrance).

We currently do not ship orders overseas, except for wholesale purchases over $5,000.
For these wholesale orders, we coordinate directly with the buyer to arrange shipping and logistics.

For all other orders, we are happy to deliver your merchandise to any freight forwarding company of your choice located in Miami, Florida.
Miami offers a wide selection of forwarding companies that ship to all major Latin American destinations.
