Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET process the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping methods & carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Shipping rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders $100+ (continental U.S.; subtotal after discounts, before tax).

Orders under $100: the rate shown at checkout (based on weight/zone).

Expedited shipping (when available) is shown at checkout and is paid by the customer.
Delivery estimates

Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment (continental U.S.).

Expedited: as quoted at checkout.
Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.
Fragrance / hazmat notice
Perfumes are flammable/hazardous and must ship via ground service only (no air transport). Some destinations or shipping speeds may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions.
Address changes
We move fast. If you need to change the address, contact info@aromaosperfumes.com immediately. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@aromaosperfumes.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with the carrier and neighbors; we’ll assist where possible.
Undeliverable / refused packages
Undeliverable or refused parcels can be reshipped (additional shipping applies) or refunded minus original shipping once returned to us — see our Refund Policy.
